York C I U Race - 10th August 2014
Pictured is Brian Rusling who has given such sterling service in organising this series of events for over thirty years. Next month's event at the South Bank Club in York will, sadly, be his last. We sincerely congratulate Brian for all he has done (the fields for these Working Men events at one time stretched to well over a hundred) and wish him the very best for the future.
A hard core of dedicated walkers coped very well with the remnants of Hurricane Bertha today with former GB International, Dennis Jackson, again showing excellent fitness.
